Aarika Wellness ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through aarikawellness.com, how we use and store it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

When you submit a booking request, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Your full name, WhatsApp number and email address
• Your preferred service, mode of consultation, language, date and time
• For astrology and numerology services: date, time and place of birth, and full name at birth
• For kundali milan: your partner's name and birth details
• Any question or note you choose to share

We also use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or track you across other websites, to understand overall traffic to our site.

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email to confirm your booking, fees and slot
• Prepare and conduct your consultation, and your written report where applicable
• Send you a copy of your responses, if you request it
• Keep basic business records

Booking details are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Nihharika and her team. A notification email is sent to our own inbox via Resend, a transactional email service, purely so we don't miss a new request. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our site relies on a small number of third-party services, each of which may process limited technical data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Sheets / Google Cloud — booking record storage
• Resend — booking notification emails
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-focused analytics
• Google Maps — the embedded map on our About page
• Instagram — the embedded feed on our homepage
• Google — the public reviews shown on our homepage

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your consultation and maintain reasonable business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct or request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for us to contact you. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern, contact us at aarikawellness@gmail.com.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
